The paisley mill wellness centre - adaptive reuse

Class: Architectural Studio 6 | ARCH34231

Project Description:

Paisley Mill is a old site that prior to its demolition in 1884, was used as a flour mil. The intent of the assignment was to create a adaptive reuse that could be useful to the community. My take on this adaptive reuse project is a Wellness/Gym Center. This three story centre includes many facilities such as a pool, two floor open gym with equipment, personal therapy rooms, sauna, stream room, snack and juice bars ect… In the following PDF includes renderings, floor plans and elevations. This assignment was primarily made with Revit and Enscape.
